  • Closer Salesperson Responsibilities: Prospect follow-up: Follow up on qualified prospects and appointments scheduled by the Appointment Setter. Product presentation: Conduct detailed product and service presentations to potential clients. Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals with clients. Sales closing: Convert prospects into customers using effective sales closing techniques. Relationship management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to foster repeat sales and referrals. Activity logging: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and negotiation statuses. Internal collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure efficient delivery and customer service. Knowledge updates: Stay updated on the company's product portfolio, services, and promotions. Achieving targets: Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets. Feedback: Provide feedback to the Appointment Setters team to improve prospect qualification. Requirements: Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Sales experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing sales roles. Results-oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting and exceeding targets. Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously. CRM tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot). Industry knowledge: Knowledge of the education system (preferred) and affinity for animals and children. Charisma and enthusiasm: Charisma and enthusiasm for sales, with a proactive and positive attitude. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
